Για το τεύχος Αυγούστου, η βρετανική Vogue ζήτησε από τους πιο ταλαντούχους φωτογράφους και καλλιτέχνες της Βρετανίας να "επιστρέψουν στην φύση" και να μοιραστούν τις ιδέες τους για την νέα αρχή που θα κάνουν ως χώρα - μετά τα όσα έχουν περάσει εξαιτίας της πανδημίας του κορωνοϊού και όχι μόνο.

Αποτέλεσμα αυτής της πρόκλησης είναι 14 ιδιαίτερα εξώφυλλα που θα δουν το φως της δημοσιότητας και όπως αναφέρει σχετικό post του περιοδικού μέχρι το τέλος του χρόνου τα αυθεντικά έργα των φωτογράφων και των καλλιτεχνών θα μπουν σε δημοπρασία για να βοηθήσουν 19 οργανισμούς που μάχονται κατά του Covid-19. Μεταξύ των έργων που θα δούμε, βρίσκονται urban landscapes, εικόνες από τον ουρανό και γενικότερα, πολλές πρωτότυπες ιδέες από κάθε γωνιά της Βρετανίας.

For the August 2020 issue, #BritishVogue asked some of Britain’s most acclaimed photographers and artists to turn to the natural world and share their take on the idea of “reset”. Submitting imagery of nature in all its glory from around the UK, the series of 14 special covers spans #DavidHockney’s ‘Wheat field near Fridaythorpe’ artwork (pictured), #NadineIjewere’s breathtaking image of the Isle of Skye, as well as striking urban landscapes from #TimWalker and #JuergenTeller.
