Παρόλο που μεγάλα ονόματα του κόσμου της μόδας συζητούν αδιάκοπα για το αβέβαιο μέλλον του χώρου εφόσον καμπάνιες, πωλήσεις και λανσαρίσματα έχουν ακυρωθεί και “παγώσει” μέχρι να φανεί η κατάλληλη στιγμή επαναλειτουργίας τους, η Μαίρη Κατράντζου καινοτομεί και λανσάρει μια νέα συλλογή γεμάτη χρώμα. Ο αέρας ελπίδας που εκπέμπει η συγκεκριμένη συλλογή δεν περνάει απαρατήρητη από κανένα.

Τα κομμάτια της συλλογής απεικονίζουν διάφορους προορισμούς σε μορφή Post cards ,έτσι και η ίδια παρέμεινε στην ιδιά αισθητική διαφημίζοντάς την, εφόσον της ήταν αδύνατο να φωτογραφίσει τη συλλογή της, κατευθύνθηκε στην τέχνη. Η δημιουργικότητα είναι κάτι που δεν μπορεί να σκοτώσει ο κορωνοϊός και αυτό είναι ολοφάνερο από την δουλειά που παρουσιάζει η σχεδιάστρια.

Η συλλογή Mary Mare, είναι για  όλο τον χρόνο collection, γεγονός που την απελευθερώνει από τις έννοιες των trends και της επικαιρότητας, πράγμα πολύ σημαντικό για την εποχή μετά τον Covid-19 στον κόσμο της μόδας.

Η επωνυμία μετρά μόλις τα 10 χρόνια υπάρξης της αλλά είναι γεγονός πως άφησε πίσω της το στίγμα της εφόσον τα print που δημιουργεί ο οίκος δεν είναι όμοια με κανένα άλλο όνομα στον χώρο της μόδας. Η ιδιαιτερότητα των prints της Kατράντζου, φέτος, παίρνουν την μορφή κογχυλιών, αστερίων και οστράκων, όπως επίσης και γραμματόσημων από εξωτικούς προορισμούς όπως η Βενετία, το Κόμο και την Ίμπιζα. Εννοείται δεν παρέλειψε να απεικονίσει και την όμορφη πατρίδα της, την Ελλάδα.

Η συλλογή αποτελείται κυρίως από αέρινα φορέματα, φούστες και καφτάνια. Επιλογές όπως όπως μαγιό, καπέλα και μαντήλια είναι επίσης διαθέσιμα έτοιμα να αναβαθμίσουν κάθε σύνολό.
