Το να είμαστε fit και να διατηρούμε τη σιλουέτα μας ολόχρονα ειδικά το καλοκαίρι (με το παγωτό να είναι ο αιώνιός μας πειρασμός), είναι δύσκολο αλλά όχι ακατόρθωτο. Εάν κατατάσσεστε και εσείς στην ομάδα των αφοσιωμένων γυναικών που θέλουν να υιοθετήσουν ένα πιο υγιές τρόπο ζωής και να εντάξουν τη σωματική άσκηση στην καθημερινότητά τους.
Δεν χεριάζετε να είστε από τις πιο ενημερωμένες για να αγαπήσετε... ή έστω να εντάξετε αυτό τον τρόπο ζωής στην καθημερινότητά σας, αρκεί να υπάρχει θέληση και κάπου κάπου ένα boost για να σας σπρώχνει ένα βήμα παραπέρα. Εφόσον περνούμε τον περισσότερό μας χρόνο κοιτάζοντας ασταμάτητα το feed μας στο Instagram... σκεφτικά πως θα ήταν μια καλή ιδέα να μοιραστώ μαζί σας μερικούς λογαριασμούς που έχουν να κάνουν αποκλειστικά με τη γυμναστική και την υγιεινή διατροφή που ακολουθώ και με εμπνέουν στο μάξιμουμ.
Fun fact: Εκτέλεσα δεκάδες συνταγές κατά τη διάρκεια της καραντίνας από ορισμένα fitness girls και έχω να πω... με το χέρι στην καρδιά, πως τα γλυκίσματα ήταν μακράν καλύτερα από αυτά που αγοράζουμε συνήθως από τα ζαχαροπλαστεία.
Επίσης με αυτούς τους λογαριασμούς, είχα την ευκαιρία να υιοθετήσω και μερικές τέλειες ασκήσεις που μπορούσα να κάνω ακόμα και στο σπίτι χωρίς κανένα εξοπλισμό.

I just did this now and it snapped me right out of the tech hole I was falling into. If you have time for instagram you have time for mobility. ps. If this feels good, you should try one of my youtube mobility videos. pps. If my youtube videos feel good you should definitely do the Vertue method mobility programme. Also if you’re on the toilet or something and you can’t quite hit your mobility right this second, hit the bookmark button and save to rave* *do it later.
